1. Who we are

The data controller is Snobs Restaurant & Friends, 26 Nikolay Kopernik St, 1111 Sofia. For any question about your data, write to info@snobs.bg or call +359 878 700 600.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you give us yourself:

• Event enquiry (the form on the “Your event” page): name, phone, email and details of the occasion (type, date, time, number of guests, area, budget and notes).
• Phone reservation: name, phone and reservation details.
• Emails to us: your address and what you write.

We take no payment details on the site and have no user accounts.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare an offer (steps before entering a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of the consent you give in the form (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• To confirm and carry out your reservation or event.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries that did not lead to an event are kept for up to 12 months. Data about a held event is kept as long as our accounting needs and the law require.

5. Who we share it with

The form sends your enquiry by email to info@snobs.bg and keeps a copy in the site’s admin area, which only the restaurant team can access. The site and these copies are kept by our hosting provider on our behalf. We do not give your data to anyone else unless the law requires it.

6. Cookies

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and does not follow you across sites. The language (БГ or EN) is part of the page address, so nothing is stored for it. Your browser only remembers that you closed the cookie note. You can clear it in your browser settings.

The map in “Contact” loads from Google Maps only if you press “Show the map”. Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under its own rules. Your choice is kept in your browser so you don’t have to press it every time. You can clear it in your browser settings.

The site’s fonts load from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google. Links to Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps lead to their sites, where their own rules apply.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and receive it as a file. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@snobs.bg.

If you believe we breach your rights, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, 1592 Sofia, www.cpdp.bg.
